A straightforward screening to assess key cardiovascular indicators (blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol) Benefits: ✅ Supports early awareness and prevention ✅Helps inform lifestyle and wellness decisions ✅ Ideal for proactive health monitoring Preparation: Fasting is required for this screening assessment. Please fast for at least 8 hours before your screening assessment. Water only is allowed during the fasting period. This ensures the most accurate test results. Note: This screening does not include a full assessment. It provides results only.
Cancellation Policy
Our Client Commitment Policy At Optimal Wellness Centre, your health is our top priority. Each consultation is carefully prepared to provide personalized care and guidance. To ensure we respect both your time and ours, we ask that all clients honor the following policy: 1. Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client in need. 2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows First occurrence: Future bookings will require pre-payment in full. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the prepaid fee. Second occurrence within 6 months: Bookings will be moved to Waitlist Priority with pre-payment required; appointment confirmation depends on availability.
