Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup orange juice and pineapple blend

1cup plant-based milk or yogurt

2 tablespoons agave (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Juice of 1/2 a lime (optional, for extra zing)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker slushie)

Fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass, garnish, and enjoy immediately!
