By using our website or booking services with Optimal Wellness Centre, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Consultations & Services

  • All new consultations are scheduled for 1 hour and follow-up for 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a session extends beyond this time, an additional fee of $25 USD per 30 minutes may apply.

  • Wellness services, programs, and resources are provided for educational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

 

Bookings & Cancellations

Because we do not require a deposit or collect credit card details to secure your first appointment, we ask that you respect the time reserved for you by adhering to the following policy.

Cancellations:

  • We require at least 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

  • Late cancellations (less than 72 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will incur a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee, which will be applied to your upcoming service. You may also be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

  • No cancellation fee will apply if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance during business hours.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients.

  • After two reschedules, future bookings may be available on a waitlist-only basis.

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, PayPal, bank transfer

Client Responsibility

  • You agree to provide accurate information and take full responsibility for decisions regarding your health and wellness.

  • Any recommendations provided are intended to support your overall well-being and do not replace medical care.

 

Intellectual Property
All content on our website and programs (articles, materials, videos, etc.) is the property of Optimal Wellness Centre and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability
Optimal Wellness Centre is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or resources.

 

Changes to Terms
