Using safe bioelectrical impedance technology, this assessment measures key components of your body, including: Body fat percentage BMI Muscle mass Visceral fat Resting metabolism Body age Weight These insights help you track progress, set realistic goals, and make smarter choices about your training, nutrition, and overall wellness. How to Prepare ~ For the most accurate results: ~ Fast for at least 4 hours before your session and drink water only during this time. ~ Avoid heavy exercise, caffeine, and alcohol beforehand. ~Please remove any metal jewelry or accessories during the assessment. You’ll receive your personalized report, complete with insights and recommendations to help improve your body composition and reduce your risk of chronic health conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Our Client Commitment Policy At Optimal Wellness Centre, your health is our top priority. Each consultation is carefully prepared to provide personalized care and guidance. To ensure we respect both your time and ours, we ask that all clients honor the following policy: 1. Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client in need. 2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows First occurrence: Future bookings will require pre-payment in full. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the prepaid fee. Second occurrence within 6 months: Bookings will be moved to Waitlist Priority with pre-payment required; appointment confirmation depends on availability.
