Ingredients

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

1 medium banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of choice)

½ cup coconut water or filtered water

1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (for added fiber & omega-3s)

1 teaspoon pure agave (optional, for sweetness)

3–4 ice cubes (if using fresh berries)
Instructions

Prepare your ingredients: If using frozen berries, no need to thaw. For a creamier smoothie, use a frozen banana.

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.

Taste and add extra Agave for sweetness or more almond milk to thin, if desired.

Pour into two chilled glasses.
