Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

  • 1 medium banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of choice)

  • ½ cup coconut water or filtered water

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (for added fiber & omega-3s)

  • 1 teaspoon pure agave (optional, for sweetness)

  • 3–4 ice cubes (if using fresh berries)

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients: If using frozen berries, no need to thaw. For a creamier smoothie, use a frozen banana.

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.

  • Taste and add extra Agave for sweetness or more almond milk to thin, if desired.

  • Pour into two chilled glasses.

  • Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for a pretty finish.
