Late Cancellations or No-Shows First occurrence: Future bookings will require pre-payment in full. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the prepaid fee. Second occurrence within 6 months: Bookings will be moved to Waitlist Priority with pre-payment required; appointment confirmation depends on availability.
