Cancellations: ~ 24-hour notice: To ensure we can offer open spots to others seeking support, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your online session. ~ No-shows & Late Cancellations: Missed appointments without prior notice and late cancellation may cause you to forfeit the fee paid for the service. Rescheduling: ~ Life happens! Feel free to reschedule your appointment if need be. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative time that fits your schedule. Additional Notes: ~We encourage you to log in 5 minutes before your session to ensure a smooth and timely start. ~ We offer a variety of online services and packages to cater to your needs and preferences.
