In your follow-up session, we’ll repeat your key assessments to track your progress and fine-tune your wellness plan. This includes: Blood Pressure – Monitor improvements and identify trends in cardiovascular health. Blood Sugar – Assess changes and support long-term glucose management. Body Composition – Track fat, muscle, metabolism, and overall body balance. Biocommunication (ZYTO) Scan – Review how your body is responding to lifestyle changes and uncover any new areas for support. Together, we’ll evaluate your results, adjust your personalized plan as needed, and continue guiding you toward optimal health and sustainable wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Our Client Commitment Policy At Optimal Wellness Centre, your health is our top priority. Each consultation is carefully prepared to provide personalized care and guidance. To ensure we respect both your time and ours, we ask that all clients honor the following policy: 1. Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client in need. 2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows First occurrence: Future bookings will require pre-payment in full. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the prepaid fee. Second occurrence within 6 months: Bookings will be moved to Waitlist Priority with pre-payment required; appointment confirmation depends on availability.
