Service Description
A 30-minute individual wellness assessment provided as part of our corporate wellness program. This assessment is covered by the participating organization and does not require payment from the employee.
Cancellation Policy
Our Client Commitment Policy At Optimal Wellness Centre, your health is our priority. Every appointment is scheduled and prepared for with dedicated time to support your care. We ask that all clients help us maintain this commitment by respecting their scheduled appointment time. 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a USD $50 cancellation fee. Following a late cancellation or no-show: Future appointments will require prepayment in full. The prepayment will be non-refundable if the appointment is subsequently cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice or missed. 3. Repeated Late Cancellations & No-Shows Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
