I have read the series and found it to be very enlightening and encouraging. There are some great take - aways that if applied, can really enhance our health and lifestyle. It all comes down to choice - forgiveness, happiness, gratitude, healthy living- so read,learn and apply the advice given, let's get/remain focused and make the right choice.
