My old life was killing me!

I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt for many years but did not know what to do about it.

I heard bout the transformational L.E.A.N Program and joining the program was one of the best things I've done for myself.

In 6 months I Lost 40 lbs (from 230- 190)

I didn't only change my diet, I changed my unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle and have started to enjoy a better quality of life.

​

I reached a size that I was no longer proud to see in the mirror. Actually, I was obese and needed help.  Being frustrated with my size, I made a commitment each year, for the past five years that I would lose 80lbs but I ended up starting and stopping and repeating that cycle with no improvement. I started to get really bad headaches and eventually had to visit my doctor- my blood pressure readings were 161/90 and blood sugar levels were 11.5 along with very high stress levels.  My blood tests confirmed that I was prediabetic and hypertensive.   My choices were to make positive lifestyle changes or  a lifetime medication.

I met Coach Pamela and that was the beginning of becoming a healthier me.  Six months later I weighed in at 190 lbs with blood pressure readings of  117/79 and 124/80,  blood sugar readings between  5.5 or 6 and my doctor taking me off the medication with three month assessments.   

​
